Raw Sprout Salad

Whisk the 8 ingredients below to make my ChiChi salad dressing :

  • Zest of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp of sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste..

Mix :

500g of Shredded raw Sprouts

150g of mixed toasted pumpkin seeds and cranberries

Dress :

Pour on your Dressing

Garnish

Garnish with a handful of toasted pecans and pomegrante seeds

Serve!
